Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

It is not our intention to collect data via our website and/or service on website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. How long we retain personal data

Conceptsales does not retain your personal data any longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Conceptsales will only provide data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation.

Visitor statistics for marketing purposes are processed via Google Analytics, Lead Elephant and then registered in the online CRM application Hubspot.com. These SaaS applications qualify as processors under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Conceptsales, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data modification or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to p.vos@conceptsales.nl. To ensure that the request for access was made by you, please enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, please make sure that you black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and Citizen's Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within a maximum of four weeks. How we secure personal data

Conceptsales takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. For example, we have secured the web forms with SSL certificates.
